What is iNFUSE?
iNFUSE is a customizable method for implementing youth ministry. One of the most difficult things about a youth ministry program in a parish is getting it started. We understand this and so NET has helped jump start youth ministry programs in over 23 parishes across Canada and Ireland since 2001. A NET parish team provides a parish with a team of 6-8 young adults on fire for Christ who are passionate about bringing the love of Jesus to young people and have gone through five weeks of intensive formation and ministry training. A NET team can give the Jump start that a healthy and sustainable youth ministry program needs. How does in iNFUSE work
The goal of iNFUSE is to create a foundation for youth ministry, so once the NET Team leaves young people will continue to be evangelized. In order to fulfill this goal NET has set forth five objectives. At the end of a year we measure success by evaluating if the objectives have been attained. To fulfill each objective, NET uses “building blocks”.
Building blocks are resources and skills that NET has developed over the past 17 years, into ministries and training programs (i.e. youth groups, contemporary worship bands, leadership training series). Some building blocks are mandatory, but for the most part parishes choose which building blocks they feel best suit their parish’s needs.
