Retreat Fees
NET Ministries depends largely on retreat fees to continue operating as a ministry. We have taken into consideration our costs, such as the purchase and operation of our vans, vehicle insurance, training of our team members, retreat materials, administrative costs, etc., and have established the following retreat fees. These prices are expressed in Euros.

**Please be advised that for every retreatant over 150 retreatants there is a 5 euro charge
How Retreat Fees Are Paid
At the end of the retreat, the team leaders will leave a billing packet with you. This packet will include an invoice showing the amount of the retreat fee, and an evaluation form. Please have the check for your payment requested in advance, as all retreat payments are due to NET Ministries on the day of the retreat. If your Diocesan Contact Person (DCP) has requested that you pay the diocese directly, these payment packets will be handled by his/her office. If your DCP requires a service fee, that service fee is in addition to the retreat fee rather than a down payment of the retreat fee.
We encourage you to explore any possibilities for assistance if this financial element is an obstacle to your hosting a retreat. If for any reason you are unable to afford the entire retreat fee and have been unsuccessful in raising money for the retreat, please get in touch with your DCP to explore any diocesan possibilities for assistance. If you have exhausted all these options please contact the Scheduling Coordinator at NET Ministries and we will work with you to find a practical solution.
Our policy here at NET Ministries is to never allow a parish's financial situation to prevent them from hosting a NET retreat. If a parish or school truly cannot afford the full cost of a retreat and has explored other avenues of funding, we will work to adjust the fees accordingly.
Please note, however, that the agreement for adjusting the retreat fee must be made prior to the date of the retreat and must be made by the Scheduling Coordinator at NET Ministries.
Team involved in Liturgy
Teams are available to do drama, music, personal testimony, and mass readings at sacred liturgy. They can provide all, or a few of these elements. *We now require a team to be compensated 150 Euros (or a collection taken at every mass in which they participate). This cost does not apply to masses during retreat or to a limit of two masses, at which the team is promoting a retreat. It applies if the team is doing extra masses for a parish.
