Retreat Contact Person

The Retreat Contact person works with the Diocesan Contact Person (DCP) to request a retreat at a parish or school.  This role is a necessary link in our ministry and we are grateful for all that they do. It is our prayer that through their work, and the ministry of the NET team, their young people will experience the love of God and take one step closer to Him. If there is any way we can be of further service, please contact our the Scheduling Cooridnator.

Host Home Brochure
This brochure can be handed out to individuals and families who would like to host NET'ers. All you need to do is fill out the name and phone number of the contact person responsible for housing in your area.

Retreat Information Sheet (RIS)
This is the form you fill out and send to the Diocesan contact Person. This form is sent to the Scheduling Coordinator and the NET team leaders

Retreat Evaluation
This is the form that is given out to RCP's to evaluate the retreat.  This is sent to the NET office so we can better serve your parish/school in the future.

"Yak Yak" Sheet
This is a feedback form given by the team members to youth, and adults, for people to share their experience of God from the retreat with the NET team
