Retreat Fees

NET Ministries depends largely on retreat fees to continue operating as a ministry. We have taken into consideration our costs, such as the purchase and operation of our vans, vehicle insurance, training of our team members, retreat materials, administrative costs, etc., and have established the following retreat fees. These prices are expressed in Canadian dollars with tax included.

NEW PRICE OPTIONS

• One day retreat up to 6 hours $650.00

• One-day retreatof 6to 12 hours $800.00

• Evening Retreat (after 5pm only) $450

• Overnight retreat $800.00 (Involves staying over one night)
  

• Rallies (2-3hrs for 150+ people) Starts at $1,000

**Please be advised that for every person over 150 retreatants there is a $10.00 charge

How Retreat Fees Are Paid

At the end of the retreat, the team leaders will email the information about the retreat to NET Ministries of Canada’s head office in Orleans, Ontario. A billing statement will be mailed/emailed to the Retreat Contact Person from NET Ministries within 5 business days from the retreat date. All retreat payments are due to NET Ministries within 14 days of the bill date.

Can't Afford a Retreat?  Have you tried....

• Your local Catholic Woman’s League?

• Charging each of your retreatants 20-25$ for their retreat? (25$ x 25 retreatants = 625$)

• Charging your youth 5$ to help offset the cost of your retreat? ($5 x 50 retreatants = $250)

• A fundraiser event (bake sale, spaghetti supper etc.)?

• Asking your local parish for help offsetting the cost?

• How about a half-day retreat at half the cost?

Our policy here at NET Ministries is to never allow a parish’s/school’s financial situation to prevent them from hosting a NET retreat. If a parish/school truly cannot afford the full cost of a retreat and have explored other avenues of funding, we will work with them to adjust the fees accordingly. Please note, however, that the agreement for adjusting the retreat fee must be made prior to the date of the retreat and can only be made by the Scheduling Coordinator at NET Ministries. Please do not adjust any retreat fee on your own. Once an agreement has been made and approved by the Scheduling Coordinator please indicate the special billing price on the bottom of the completed Retreat Information Sheet in the designated area.
