At a recent NET retreat there was a girl who arrived saying she was agnostic. She was unruly and was disturbing the small group discussions. But then something changed. During the prayer ministry time, she became emotional and her small group leader noticed her in tears. This missionary went to the young girl and offered to pray with her. She accepted and they prayed. Then in the final small group session of the retreat, that same girl told her small group leader that she was no longer agnostic and that she wanted to become Catholic. Before the retreat ended, the missionary connected her with the local contact person so she could look into how to get baptized and become Catholic.

Isn’t that amazing? Yet many young people throughout our country are never given the opportunity that this young girl had. You can change that!
