Hi, my name is Carson, I am 21 years old, and I was born and raised in Ottawa, ON. I am currently working as a property administrator because I am interested in housing services and am studying to become a social worker.

I decided to apply for NET because I felt the Lord calling me to become a missionary after my first year celebrating Pentecost as an adult in the Catholic Church.

Through prayer and discernment, I will be spending this year as a Team Leader on the Discipleship team in Lethbridge, Alberta. I am very pleased with this decision, and I am looking forward with excitement to the year ahead that will be spent ministering with my co-missionaries. Throughout this year, we will be in local parishes and schools challenging the youth to love Christ and embrace the life of the Church. This will happen by running Youth Groups with junior and senior high school students, visiting students in their classrooms at school, and organizing small groups where we will talk about Jesus and his Church. I am excited to be a Team Leader this year and for all of the challenges and growth that it will bring. I am excited to grow in my relationship with God and to see my co-missionaries and the youth do the same.
