1. Missionary Policies Agreement
Thoroughly read and complete this form first!
2. Missionary Information Form
We need some details from you to prepare for your year! Complete this form within a week of your acceptance.
3. International Work Permit
**For International Missionaries Only**
In order to serve with NET Canada, all international missionaries are required to apply for a work permit through the Government of Canada. Please fill out this form as soon as possible so we can help you begin!
